At Nova, we believe that choice deserves the same care and creativity as anything else in your closet. The ruffle collection is our most romantic, most expressive design yet, and we want the people who will wear it to shape how it comes to life.

The design story

The ruffle cover pairs a soft eyelet body with a double-tiered pleated ruffle at the upper edge. The eyelet, a delicate floral embroidery with small cut-outs, draws from heirloom cotton and summer dressing. The ruffle frames the shoulder the way a statement sleeve would, turning the top of the cover into a design detail rather than a boundary.

We designed it to read as fashion first. Paired with a sleeveless linen top, it looks like an intentional styling choice. Paired with a sweater, it peeks out at the cuff like a layered blouse. The gentle gathering along the arm lets the cover sit smoothly without looking clinical or bulky.

We wanted a cover that feels soft, feminine and a little playful: something you would reach for because you love it, not only because you need it.

How to wear it

• With sleeveless tops and dresses: let the ruffle frame the shoulder as a statement detail.
• Under knitwear: the eyelet peeks out at the cuff like a layered blouse.
• With workwear: a white or neutral cover reads polished under a blazer or button-down.
• For evenings out: a darker shade turns the cover into an accessory, not an afterthought.
