Returns

At Nova Medical Wearables, we strive to provide high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns may be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
  • Returned with original packaging and tags attached

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Made-to-order items
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Clearance, sale, or final sale items
  • Gift cards

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at nova.yourenotbroken@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item.

Exchanges

We will gladly replace items that are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly. Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

If you require a different size or color, please contact Customer Support to determine product availability and exchange options.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can quickly evaluate and resolve the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • The incorrect item was sent

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Nova Medical Wearables cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
