Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us at nova.yourenotbroken@gmail.com prior to placing your order.

Shipping Delays

Nova Medical Wearables is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

  • Natural disasters or other events outside our control

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Nova Medical Wearables is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify us so we can assist with filing a claim when applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nova.yourenotbroken@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
